Margaret River grown 100% Chardonnay, hand crafted using the traditional Chamat method resulting in this delicious sparkling wine. Pale straw hues of colour, with subtle aromas of citrus, white blossom and yeasty notes, followed by a lively fine bubble and zippy finish on the palate.

Enjoy with seafoods and lightly spiced canapes. Serve very well chilled.
